Policies

Session fee is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment date and time. This is a non-refundable fee, but may be transferred to another session within 60 days.

 

Location costs and fees are the responsibility of the client.  Travel within an hour of Kingsburg is included in the session fee.  Any location outside theses limits will have an additional travel charge.

 

In the event of an illness or other situation that prevents a photo session from taking place, you may reschedule your session at least 24 hours prior to the shoot without penalty.  If you do not give 24 hours notice, or decide to cancel the session altogether, the session fee is forfeited and will not be refunded.

 

I reserve the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond my control.

 

Re-shoots will be offered at the discretion of the photographer.  Re-shoots will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair, or weather related issues, uncooperative or unhappy children, or by not following my recommendations.

 

I will choose the 20-25 best images from the session and only these will be shown.  I will not show images that are not representative of my best work.

 

Your gallery will be available for viewing online within 2 weeks of the session date.

 

The Minimum Package Purchase must be met and paid in full prior to the start of the portrait session.  Print items will be available, if desired, through the online gallery.

 

All print products are subject to 7.98% sales tax- cost will be added to final package cost in the gallery checkout screen.

 

Payments of cash, check, and Paypal are accepted.  Secure Paypal payments (non-gift payments) will have a 3% service charge added.
